The Judiciary (OJ) has promoted actions aimed at the innovation and modernization of the justice system: a) Computer Module that includes indicators by crime (cases and judgments), generating evidence and records on femicide offenses and other forms of VAW, SV, exploitation, and trafficking in persons; b) Strengthening of the Court Management System and the functionality of the Registry of Protection Measures for Children, as well as the generation of statistics; c) Strengthening of Family Courts with specific jurisdiction in DVA, through judges who expedite security measures; d) Awareness campaigns for the prevention of DVA and action protocols; and e) Judicial interpretation in 20 Mayan languages, guaranteeing 100% of care in person or virtually and free of charge.

El Organismo Judicial (OJ) ha impulsado acciones orientadas a la innovación y modernización del sistema de justicia: a) Módulo Informático que incluye indicadores por delito (casos y sentencias), generando evidencia y registros sobre delitos de femicidio y otras formas de VCM, VS, explotación y trata de personas; b) Fortalecimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Tribunal y la funcionalidad del Registro de Medidas de Protección de Niñez, así como la generación de estadísticas; c) Fortalecimiento de Juzgados de Familia con competencia específica en VIF, mediante jueces que agilicen medidas de seguridad; d) Campañas de sensibilización para la prevención de la VIF y protocolos de actuación; y e) Interpretación judicial en 20 idiomas mayas, garantizando 100% de atención en forma presencial o virtual y gratuita.
